This brief was to create an opening title sequence for a 4th year graduate of the National Film School in IADT. This project involved generating own film footage and required applying print media and DVD packaging in further helping to promote the Film. The film I received was ‘The Cyclops’ which is an examination of the deterioration of fraternal love, and follows 17-year-old Lip as he tries to figure out how to protect himself and his mother from the older brother that used to protect him.
My response was to create an eerie atmosphere with a colourful ambient tone running through out, Keeping within the style and tone of the film.
